Gianluca Vavala

Legal Trainee

Gianluca holds a double degree in Law and Criminology (with distinction) from Deakin University.

Driven by a strong sense of justice and a desire to support individuals navigating complex legal systems, Gianluca’s passion for advocacy naturally led him to pursue a career in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law.

During his studies, Gianluca gained valuable experience working as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm, where he assisted on a wide range of matters including WorkCover, TAC, and Public Liability claims. This role allowed him to develop a solid foundation in plaintiff law and deepened his commitment to securing fair outcomes for those who have been wrongfully injured.

He commenced his role as a Legal Trainee in the Personal Injury team at our Melbourne CBD office in March 2025. Gianluca is dedicated to providing compassionate and practical support to clients and is driven by the belief that everyone deserves fair treatment and access to justice.

Outside of work, Gianluca enjoys camping, fishing, and watching the footy, and values time spent outdoors and with friends and family.
